As part of your Tagmin subscription, we provide a range of wellbeing and support benefits to all Tagmin agents who are residents of the UK and Ireland. This service is provided by Wellbeing in the Arts, and is completely free to use. Here’s just a few of the services now available to you…

We’ll provide online and in-person introductions to the support available, ensuring you’re fully aware of how to benefit from these services.
Qualified Practitioners
Our counsellors and coaches are UK-based professionals, registered with BACP or UKCP, and fully insured, guaranteeing you receive ethical and professional support.
Flexible Sessions
We offer 50-minute sessions that fit around your unique lifestyle, with arrangements that respect your other commitments.
How do Tagmin agents access these services?
You can access the support available by reaching out to Wellbeing in the Arts directly by email, telephone, WhatsApp, text or live chat on the website.

If you would like to access counselling or coaching support, you will be asked to complete an online assessment form and provide a password. You can access your password via the Help tab once logged into Tagmin. Then select ‘New Features’.

Who are Wellbeing in the Arts?
Wellbeing in the Arts provide mental health and wellbeing support to the creative industries by offering access to counselling, coaching, wellbeing practitioners, workshops, mental health first aid training, and much more. www.wellbeinginthearts.org.uk.
What support can I access?
You are entitled to access up to six online counselling or coaching sessions per calendar year, as well as a range of other benefits that include financial, legal and practical advice, exclusive workshops, wellbeing assessments, online resources, and much more.
Is the service confidential?
Yes – 100%, no-one will know that you have contacted Wellbeing in the Arts, or what support you have received.
How long does it take?
All enquiries will be responded to within 48 hours, and sessions with a Counsellor or Coach will begin within one week.
What can I get help with?
You can speak with Wellbeing in the Arts about any issue, whether it is related to your personal or professional life.
Will the person I speak with understand the work I do?
Yes, everyone at Wellbeing in the Arts, whether it is the person who responds to your initial contact, or the Counsellor or Coach that you are paired with, has a background in the Creative Industries so fully understand the unique challenges of working in our industry.
Can I choose who my counsellor or will be?
As part of the assessment process, you can choose what type of Counsellor or Coach you would like to work with in terms of their gender, ethnicity, age range, sexuality, specialisms, etc.
Wellbeing in the Arts will pair you with a Practitioner that meets your preferences.
When will my sessions be?
You will be able to arrange your sessions around your work and personal commitments, and although it is recommended that you find a regular slot, the team at Wellbeing in the Arts understand the changing work patterns in our industry and will do everything they can to accommodate you.
What if I would like to access financial, legal or practical advice?
If you would like to access financial, legal or practical advice, you just need to contact Wellbeing in the Arts and they will put you in touch with one of their specialists.
What if I would like to access longer-term support?
If you would like to access longer-term support after your six sessions have finished, you would be able to do so with the same Counsellor or Coach but must cover the costs yourself. Wellbeing in the Arts will walk you through how it works at the appropriate time.
